About Our Databases

AIRPAC specializes in aviation data. Each month we collect data from the FAA and other sources and, using software that we have been developing for over 25 years, we begin cleaning and organizing. Our goal is to produce the best mailing lists for the aviation community. We believe our information, services, and software are the best in the industry.

U.S. Aircraft Owners

This is our most popular list and have dedicated more time and effort to clean this list than any other. Selecting owners by aircraft class or models and year manufactured is easy. We've organized models by class such as Business Jets, Turbo Props, High Performance Singles, etc. Model names have been enhanced to match industry terminology and we've combined models produced by multiple manufactures under a single name. All of this is in addtion to smart lower-case conversions, spliting owner names into separate company, first name, initial, last name and salutation fields.

Aircraft Owner Historical Data

We maintain a complete historical record of aircraft ownership since 1989. Based on history, we can track prior owners of a specific model or prior models based on a given owner. Each month we can produce activity reports of models and years, based on your requirements, that shows aircraft sold, change of ownership, address changes, and removed from the registry.

U.S. Pilots

Another very popular list that includes all pilots with current medicals that have not opted-out of mailings. Again, we make it very easy to select pilots by any combination of ratings such as ATP, Private, Instrument, CFI, Helicopter, Single/Multiengine Land/Sea, and 1st/2nd/3rd class medicals.

Active Pilots

Each month we track every pilot and can produce lists of pilots that are new students or have just upgraded to Sport, Private, Commercial or ATP. We can determine pilots that have added instrument ratings, CFI's, or multi-engine.

Pilots That Own Aircraft

Our unique processing allows us to match pilots names to aircraft owners based on address. Given the cost of obtaining and maintaining a pilot license plus the cost of owning an aircraft, this list represents a dedicated and wealthy subset of potential aviation customers.

These are only a few of our most popular lists. Additional lists are detailed below but don't hesitate to Contact Us if you have questions regarding our lists or our ability to create a targeted list based on your criteria from our current lists, historical lists, or both.
